The shipping took, way longer than I expected, and the delivery was just, really slow...

I ordered a handful of kitchen items from centralrestaurant.com, and somehow, against all the chaos of online ordering, everything showed up exactly as I picked it. The sizes, counts, and model numbers were all spot on—no mysterious substitutions, no missing pieces, no little disaster waiting in the box.

that was the whole victory for me. I just needed the order to be correct, and it was. It arrived without drama, which ironically felt like a miracle, and it made my week so much easier.

I ordered from centralrestaurant.com and the delivery went really smoothly. The boxes arrived on time, and nothing was smashed, leaking, or messed up. Everything was packed well and was easy to look over once it got here. I was a little worried about having bigger items shipped, but that ended up being unnecessary because everything arrived in great condition. No complaints at all.

I ordered a few kitchen supplies from Central Restaurant and ended up having to call customer service because I wasn’t seeing any update after the receipt email came through.
The person I spoke with was nice and did answer my questions, but it took a while to get connected and I had to repeat some of the details from my order email more than once. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to figure out where things stand.

They did get it sorted out in the end, and my order arrived fine. I’d probably use them again, but I do think the support process could be a little faster and clearer.

Everything felt sturdy and better quality than I was expecting, with no flimsy parts or weird issues. The packaging was solid too, nothing showed up damaged. Based on this recent experience, I’d definitely order from them again

I was thinking, okay, for the price, this could go either way... but the prices felt fair, and I didn’t feel like I was overpaying. So yeah, overall, good value for the money.
